If the car that you are searching for isn’t on our website then we do not carry it at this current time.
Are any of these cars remote controlled?
No, we only carry model cars that are mainly used for display. Nothing is electronic on any car that we carry.
What is a Chase car?
A Chase car is a variant of the regular version of the car. For example, a Chase car may have yellow rims while the regular version has black rims. Chase variants are far more rare and sought after.

I’m an international customer and my tracking won’t update. Where is my order?
Orders under 4.4 lbs cannot be tracked by our carrier once it leaves the US. Please allow up to 5 weeks for your order to be delivered. If it isn’t delivered within that time please let us know!
I am looking for a retired model, can you help me locate it?
We can try but we probably do not offer it. Your best bet may be places like eBay or Craigslist.
I’m looking for a really specific year/color/etc combination. Do you have it?
Our manufacturers don’t make every year of every model in every color. Sometimes we do get lucky though. However, if it is not on our site then we do not carry it.
I’m purchasing for the first time but I keep getting a payment error when I check out. What do I do?
Often times in this instance your financial institution will block the order because it is either outside of your normal spending habits, outside of of your country or possibly because you placed a large order. While we cannot fix issues with your payment method on our end, please contact your financial institution to let them know that ordering from our website is okay and that they can release the funds. After that, placing an order on our site should go through. If you are still receiving errors please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Do you have a catalog that can be mailed to me?
No, we don’t have any physical catalogs, just our website.
