Best of 1/24 Chevy Diecast

Classic cars are beloved for a reason, and with Jada and Maisto Chevy diecast cars you'll be able to see why for yourself. From the streamlined shape of muscle cars to the iconic boxy craftsmanship of lighter performance cars, these pristine models show off all the best features and styles that Chevy cars from the 60s and 70s were known for. The life-size version of these unique classic cars may cost you a pretty penny, but here at Collectable Diecast you can easily add these attractive vintage cars to your model car collection.

The black 1967 Chevy Impala SS was among the first of the Impalas to include Federal safety features like shoulder belts and side marker lights, which were incorporated beautifully into the design of the car. This 4-door sedan included many of the features from the previous generations of Chevy Impalas, but was redesigned with the coke bottle styling and Corvette-style front and rear fender bulges that are perfectly reflected in the Jada 1/24 diecast model.

While the Chevrolet Impala SS may have been underrated during its time, this classic big time muscle car offers a stereo 8-track player, vacuum power door locks, and door panels with lower carpeting all wrapped in a powerful package. This detailed model shows off a Turbo V-8 engine and fastback roof line that will give your diecast model collection an extra touch of sophistication.

Nothing quite stands out like the blue of the 1970 Chevy Nova SS. This Nova Super Sport was one in a series of small and graceful muscle cars featuring up to 295 hp with a powerful V-8 engine. With 1970 being the last year that the SS 396 engine was available, this car is eagerly sought after. If you're looking for a combination of sophistication, style, and power, this functional 1/24 Maisto diecast model of the classic Chevy Nova 66 is the perfect piece for your diecast model car collection.

With boasted top speeds of up to 117 mph, the 4-speed Chevrolet Nova SS was and still is a car to be reckoned with. This high-quality diecast reflects the beauty of the real thing in great detail, with steerable wheels and an opening hood, trunk, and doors.

There are many more nameplates and models in 1/18 scale then 1/24. How can we get more 1/24 domestic models manufactured? Many share bodystyles Cougar, Lincoln, Mercury and are of high performance. and shae bodystyles with other currnet models. The new Buicks, Chevrolets and Cadillacs,, Chrysler 200 and Dodge Dart are very attractive

YES, WE DO NEED MORE 1:24 SCALE MODELS. THE 1:18 IS WAY TOO LARGE AND BULKY TO COLLECT AND DISPLAY. IT WAS SAD WHEN DANBURY MINT WENT BELLY UP. THEY MADE THE FINEST 1:24 CARS EVER! AND PLEASE STOP WITH THE MUSTANGS AND CORVETTES. THERE ARE MANY OTHER CARS WORTHY OF BEING COLLECTED, BUT WE NEVER SEE THEM.

Stan and James, very interesting point. We here at the store would love to carry more 1/24 models, especially more Dodges, Mustangs and Chryslers if the manufacturers produce them.
