CollectableDiecast, Inc. takes special care in packing your order, but some orders may shift in transit and may cause parts to become loose or fall off. In most cases, parts can be easily snapped or glued onto the model with ease, in other instances we may be able to ship a replacement part to you. In addition, most scratches and small blemishes can be easily removed from a model with automotive wax. However, some models may be received defective beyond repair, and we will be more than happy to replace the model for you.
As CollectableDiecast, Inc. has no control over manufacturer imperfections that are common with factory produced models, CollectableDiecast Inc. may not be held responsible for return shipping costs. We will however, replace any defective merchandise within 7 days of our shipping date and the replacement will be shipped at our cost.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
All returns must have prior Return Authorization.

Items shipped with USPS are not covered if damaged in transit.

- All returns must be pre authorized with a Return Authorization #.
- All returns must be received within 365 days of purchase.
- All returns must be prepaid by the carrier of your choice (shipping is not reimbursed).
- All Orders damaged in transit, will be picked up by UPS.
- All returns must be received in all original packaging with a copy of the invoice and return authorization #.
- All defective models may be return for replacement of IDENTICAL model only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
All returns that are sent with a return label, will be charged if the return is not received in 365 days after return label is received.
All Orders that are Returned that were sent with promotional shipping or free shipping, will be charged the actual shipping costs to send the order.
